Beginners 6 week course starting 9th June at the Lawn Tennis Club, Glasnevin. 6 classes 70 Euro and Drop in classes 15 Euro.
<div class="block"> <p> Pilates is a form of exercise founded on the principle of core strength and stability, where the deep internal muscles of the abdomen and back work together to strengthen the body and support the spine. Pilates exercises teach correct breathing and spine alignment to strengthen your core muscles, which will help alleviate or even prevent back pain, increase strength, flexibility and tone of the body.</p> <p> <br /> We cater for all level of pilates: complete beginners, those who have maybe practised but have had an extended break , Intermediate, High Intermediate and Cardio Pilates. We also cater for pre and post-natal Pilates.</p> <p> Beginners 6 week class, Mondays at 8 PM starting June 9th.
